Our story
A small barn, a big soft spot for chickens.

Cluck & Co. started in a leaky cedar coop in the Hudson Valley, when our oldest hen, Pearl, lost her back feathers to an enthusiastic rooster named Sergeant Beak. We stitched her a saddle from an old quilt. She wore it for three months. Her feathers grew back. The neighbors asked for one.
Today we make and curate small-batch goods for backyard flocks — saddles and aprons that actually fit, coop enrichment that keeps clever hens busy, and the occasional very silly novelty item, because chickens are deeply funny creatures and we refuse to pretend otherwise.
Everything we sell is tested by our own flock first — Pearl, Marigold, Juniper, Olive, and the famously opinionated Mrs. Thistlewick. If they don't like it, you don't see it.
